Austin Carter Photos – Image Usage Terms

1. Copyright and Ownership
All images in this gallery (“Images”) are protected works under applicable copyright law. Austin Carter Photos (“we,” “us,” or “our”) retains all rights, title, and interest in these Images.

2. License for Personal Use Only
You may view and download the Images solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under no circumstances may the Images be sold, licensed, reproduced, or distributed for any commercial purpose without our explicit written permission.

3. Watermarks and Editing

  • Prohibition of Removal
    Any watermarks or identifying marks present on the Images must remain intact. You may not remove, alter, or obscure these marks.

  • No Unauthorized Alterations
    You are strictly prohibited from editing, filtering, or otherwise modifying the Images (including cropping out watermarks) without our prior written consent.

4. Social Media and Sharing

  • You may share watermarked Images on personal social media accounts, provided you do not crop out or remove the watermark.

  • Commercial or promotional sharing (e.g., brand endorsements, business ads) is not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. No Implied Endorsement
Use of the Images does not imply our endorsement of you, your personal brand, or any product or service. You may not suggest or state that Austin Carter Photos endorses or affiliates with your content.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Austin Carter Photos harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your unauthorized use, alteration, or distribution of the Images.

7. Violation of Terms
Any breach of these Terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for copyright infringement and damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dayton, OH.
